How fees work

The state sets the most a notary can charge for each notarized signature. On top of that is a travel fee for coming to you, based on distance and time of day.

You see the full price before you book. Nothing is added at the door.

Questions

How fast can you come?

Same day most days. Book before noon for an afternoon visit, or call for tonight.

What do I need to have ready?

A current photo ID for every signer, and the documents unsigned. Don't sign before I get there.

Why is there a travel fee?

The state sets what a notary can charge per signature. The travel fee covers the drive and the time, and you see it before you book.

Can you tell me what my document means?

No. Notaries can't give legal advice. For that, ask a lawyer or whoever prepared the document.
