Remote online notarization (video session)	$40	per session, online, no travel
In-person notary visit (office, home or residence)	$75	plus state notarial fees
Hospital, rehab or care facility visit	$125	plus state notarial fees
Apostille handling	$125	per document, plus state fees
Document recording with the county	$50	per document, plus county fees
Records retrieval	$65	per record, plus agency fees
Court filing, papers filed in person	$175 (set price)	Plus the court's filing fee at cost

For your matters: remote video sessions every day, 7 AM to 9 PM; a notary at the office, home or bedside when the signer needs someone in the room; witnesses arranged on request; stamped filing copy scanned to you the day it's filed. Put your matter number on each request and it prints on the invoice line.

Firm rates quoted on request. Accounts that send regular work can ask for a written rate. Starting prices are for a standard job; every job is quoted before it's confirmed.

Billing: one account, invoices due 30 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise, payable by card or ACH bank debit. Court, county and agency fees at cost on their own lines. New Jersey caps the fee for each notarial act; service and travel fees are separate.
