For your files: orders placed in the client portal with the file or loan number; e-docs uploaded or couriered; signed pages checked at the desk before scanbacks are released; originals returned on your prepaid label with tracking posted to the order. Remote online closings only where the lender, underwriter and recorder accept them.
Billing: one account, invoices due 30 days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise, payable by card or ACH bank debit. Court, county and agency fees at cost on their own lines. New Jersey caps the fee for each notarial act; service and travel fees are separate.
