Lead Desk
Find local businesses and write to each one like a person
Search a town for the kind of business you serve, save the ones you want, and get a short email draft for each. Lead Desk reads a business's public website only when its robots.txt allows it. You review and send every message yourself.
How it works
- Tell Lead Desk who you are, what you offer and your mailing address once
- Search by business type and place, like accountants near Edison, NJ
- Save the businesses you want. They go into your list with a stage, notes and a follow-up date
- Ask for a draft. Claude uses only what the map listing shows and, if the site allows it, what the business says on its own pages
- Edit the draft, open it in your own email app and send it
Every plan includes
- A small CRM with six stages and follow-up dates
- A record of each draft and a note of which facts it used
- CSV export of your list at any time
- Your list stays yours. Cancel any time

What it will and will not do
Lead Desk never sends email for you, so your messages come from your own address and your own name. Drafts are short and plain, and they say only what the listing or the business's own website shows.
- No invented clients, results, reviews or compliments
- Websites are read only when robots.txt allows it. Otherwise the draft uses the map listing alone and says so
- Every draft ends with your name, your mailing address and a simple way to opt out
- Map data comes from OpenStreetMap, so some businesses have no phone or website listed
Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Read every line and make sure it is true before you send it. You are responsible for following the law that covers commercial email, including CAN-SPAM, and for honoring opt-outs. This is not legal advice. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.
