FAQ
Common questions
What does the signer need?
A current government photo ID and the ability to understand and willingly sign. If the signer has no ID, call the desk before booking so we can check your options.
Can the notary refuse to notarize?
Yes. If the signer seems confused, heavily medicated or pressured, the notary must decline. A trip fee may still apply.
Can hospital staff act as witnesses?
Many facilities don't allow staff to witness. Tell us if you need witnesses and we will bring them.
