Books that are done every month, not every April.

Monthly bookkeeping for New Jersey small businesses, from the same desk that handles your notary and legal paperwork. We work in QuickBooks, Xero or Excel, so you keep the tools you already use. Clean books, clear reports, and a year-end package your tax preparer will thank you for.

What's included

Three ways we'll help

Pricing depends on your transaction volume, accounts and the software you use. You'll get a written quote after a short review of your books.

  • Categorization and reconciliation
  • Monthly profit and loss and balance sheet
  • QuickBooks Online, Xero or Excel
  • One point of contact

Your software

Use what you already use

You don't have to switch tools for us. Tell us what you keep your books in and we adapt to it.

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks

We work inside your file as an accountant user. You keep ownership and can remove our access any time.

Xero

Xero

We work inside your organisation as an advisor user. You keep ownership and control who has access.

Excel or Google Sheets

Spreadsheets

Keep your spreadsheet. We maintain it, or give you our standard workbook, and you send statements each month. We can move you to software later.

Anything else

Another program, or none

Wave, FreshBooks, Zoho, Sage: we'll tell you if we can work in it. Starting from paper? We recommend QuickBooks or Xero and set it up in your name.

We never need your passwords. Access is by invitation or a shared file, and it's yours to remove.

Who it's for

Built for the businesses we already work with

Title agencies & law firms

Operating books kept separate and current. We do not handle trust or escrow account records; those stay with your existing systems and professionals.

Dealers, contractors & trades

Job and vendor costs tracked, with 1099s ready at year-end.

Funeral homes & local businesses

Steady monthly books so you always know where you stand.

How it works

From shoebox to monthly reports

1. Tell us about your books

Fill in the short form: your software, volume and what you need. We review it and send a written quote.

2. Give us access

We send the steps for your software, usually an invitation. Then we set up, or catch up if the books fell behind.

3. Monthly close

Every month: reconciled books, reports in your inbox, and a short list of questions.

What do you need?

MCC Solutions is not a CPA firm, and nothing on this page is tax, legal or investment advice. Bookkeeping is record-keeping and reporting; it does not include tax return preparation, tax representation, trust or escrow account records, or audit or attest services. Prices shown are starting estimates, not quotes.
