How it works
Notary work in Vermont
Most of our in-person assignments are in New Jersey today. Applications from Vermont join our pool for remote online notarization and for in-person work as clients ask for it in Vermont. We do not have an office in Vermont. Before we assign any remote session we confirm with you what Vermont requires of its notaries. This is general information, not legal advice. The larger cities in Vermont that our pages cover include Burlington.

What it pays
Pay and terms
Pay is per assignment at 50% of the customer's service fee. On New Jersey assignments that is $37.50 for a mobile notary visit, $75 for a loan signing and $62.50 for a hospital or care-facility visit. This page is not legal advice. Honest note: we are a young company, and we keep the team small so the contractors who join early get the work as it grows.
FAQ
Vermont notary contractor questions
Can I apply if I am commissioned in Vermont?
Yes. Your Vermont commission, E&O and background check are checked before approval.
Is there work in Vermont right now?
We cannot promise any. Our in-person volume is mainly in New Jersey, and Vermont applicants join a pool for remote work and for in-person work as it opens. We would rather say that plainly.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. We never charge to apply or to join. You pay for your own commission, E&O insurance and background check.
Do you have an office in Vermont?
No. MCC Solutions is based in Cranford, New Jersey, and we do not have an office outside it. Contractors work from where they live.
