MCC Solutions is a small firm in Cranford, New Jersey. Here is who you will actually deal with.

Founder & Principal

Matthew Coleman

Matthew is a commissioned New Jersey notary public, a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and the person who answers your messages. He holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting & Finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

He runs the bookkeeping, the notary desk and the websites and software, and every engagement starts with a written scope and price.

Shadow Coleman

Shadow is our office Alaskan malamute. The title is a joke, and the department is a department of one. He holds no license, no certification and no insurance, and cannot notarize anything.

His duties are real in spirit: reviewing every delivery from a window seat, flagging suspicious squirrels and supervising the long hours of year-end close from the couch. His only known weakness is a treat.

Serious risk questions go to Matthew. The firm carries $100,000 in E&O coverage and every notarization follows the commission rules.

Working with a small team

You deal with one accountable person, not a ticket queue. Messages are answered by Matthew, work is scoped in writing, and your documents stay in private storage. Shadow does not have access to your files, although he is always nearby.
