Know how the business is doing without opening five tools.

We pull your sales, costs, cash and pipeline into one clear monthly report or live dashboard, with a short note on what changed and what to look at.

What you get

Reporting & dashboards, done properly

A defined set of numbers

We agree on the 8 to 12 figures that matter for your business, such as revenue, margin, cash, receivables, jobs or leads, and define each one in writing so everyone reads them the same way.

Built from your sources

QuickBooks or Xero, spreadsheets, a booking or CRM export. We connect what you have rather than asking you to switch tools.

Plain-English commentary

Each report opens with what moved, why it probably moved, and one or two things worth a decision.

How it works

Four steps

  1. ScopeA short call and a look at your current files to settle the numbers and the source of each one.
  2. BuildWe build the report or dashboard and check it against your books.
  3. ReviewWe walk you through it and fix anything that does not match how you think about the business.
  4. RunMonthly delivery, or a one-time build you keep and run yourself.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Owners who get a bookkeeping file but no answer to "how are we doing"
  • Teams that rebuild the same spreadsheet every month
  • Businesses preparing for a lender, partner or buyer conversation

Not a fit

  • Audited or tax-basis financial statements, which need a CPA
  • Real-time data engineering for large systems

Questions

Common questions

Do I need to change my accounting software?

No. We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero or well-kept spreadsheets.

Can you work in my accounts safely?

We never need your passwords. Access is by invitation or a shared file, and you can remove it any time.

Is this the same as bookkeeping?

Related, but separate. Bookkeeping keeps the records correct. Reporting turns correct records into decisions. We can do both.

Tell us what you need

A short description is enough. We reply by email, usually within one business day, with questions or a fixed-scope quote.

What do you need?

We are not a CPA firm or law firm. We never ask for your passwords: access is by invitation or a shared file that you can remove.
