Questions
Do I need IFTA if I only drive in New Jersey?
No. The New Jersey MVC says a carrier that operates only in New Jersey doesn't need IFTA.
When is Form 2290 due?
By August 31 for trucks in use in July. A truck first used in another month is due by the end of the following month.
Is this tax advice?
No. We keep the records, prepare the filings and keep the calendar. Your tax preparer handles your income tax return and tax planning.
