What this is not
- We do not decide what kind of notarization a document needs. The receiving office or your counsel does.
- We do not give legal advice or draft your documents.
- A notary cannot notarize without the signer present and properly identified, even for a retainer client.
- We do not guarantee same-day availability. The arrangement says what is included.
Price
Starting at $150 a month.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: how many visits and online sessions are included. State notarial fees are added per act, as New Jersey sets them. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Common questions
Is a notary fee still capped by the state?
Yes. The state sets limits on what may be charged per notarial act. Travel and service fees are agreed separately and stated in writing.
Can you notarize for our employees at their homes?
We can arrange visits where it is practical, under the terms we write.
Do you keep a record of what we notarize?
A notary keeps a journal as the law requires. We give you a summary of the work for your own records.
What if our volume changes?
We review the arrangement and adjust it in writing.
