Who is the right signer
The signer is usually a manager, human resources officer or owner. The letter is typically on company letterhead. If the company is large, only certain people are allowed to sign. Check internal policy before arranging a notary.

Expect the receiving party to look closely at dates. A letter that says the employee has worked at the company since a certain month should agree with pay records, tax forms and anything else already submitted.
