Remote notarization workflow setup for law firms
Remote signings go wrong in small ways: a missing ID, a document sent in the wrong format, a signer who is not ready. A written workflow prevents most of them.
For law firms, title offices and other professional offices that want a repeatable way to handle signings by video.
What you get
- A review of how signings happen in your office today
- A written workflow from intake to completed documents, with who does what
- A client-facing instruction sheet: what to have ready, what the session is like, what happens after
- A staff checklist for before, during and after each session
- Templates for the emails you send to signers
- A short training session for your staff
- A trial session with a notary, so your team can see the process
What we need from you
- The documents and clients you handle most
- Your current process, even if informal
- Your counsel's requirements for your own matters
- The people who will run signings
How it works
- Learn your process. How documents arrive and who needs to sign.
- Draft the workflow. Steps, roles and a checklist.
- Write the client materials. Instructions and email templates.
- Walk through a session. A trial run with your staff.
- Adjust and hand over. Revise after what the trial shows.
What this is not
- This is workflow consulting, not legal advice. Your attorneys decide what your matters require.
- We do not decide whether a document may be notarized remotely or what law applies.
- We do not review or draft legal documents.
- We do not guarantee that any recipient, court or agency will accept a particular signing. Check requirements with them.
Price
Starting at $750 one time.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: the number of matter types and people trained. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Common questions
Do you provide the notary too?
We can, when you book sessions. The workflow work is a separate written scope.
Can you tell us whether our documents can be notarized remotely?
No. That depends on the document, the receiving office and the rules that apply. Your counsel decides, and the state publishes its own rules.
Which platform will we use?
We describe the steps in a way that works with the platform your sessions use. We confirm it when we scope the work.
Is this a one-time project?
Usually, with optional follow-up. Everything is agreed in writing first.
MCC Solutions is not a law firm. We provide notary services and workflow help. We do not give legal advice, decide what a document needs, or promise signings, income or outcomes. Notary commissions and certifications come from the state and from the organizations that issue them, not from us.
