One-on-one coaching for new signing agents
Courses teach the rules. The first real closing package is different. Coaching is time with a working signing agent who has done the work and will tell you how it goes.
For new notaries and loan signing agents who want a working signing agent to answer their questions.
What you get
- Live sessions by video, scheduled around your job
- A walkthrough of a sample closing package: what each document is, where signatures and notary blocks go, and common errors
- Practice with the pre-signing call, so the first real one is not your first
- Your journal and your stamp: how to record an act correctly and what to avoid
- How to price your work and what to put in your terms, from what has worked for us
- A realistic look at how assignments come in and how long it can take to get steady work
- A follow-up call after your first few signings
What we need from you
- An active notary commission, or the plan to get one
- Your questions and the situations you are worried about
- A willingness to practice and to be told what you got wrong
How it works
- Start with where you are. Your commission, equipment and experience.
- Walk the package. Documents, signatures and notary blocks.
- Practice the call and the signing. Role-play the parts that make people nervous.
- Set up your business basics. Journal, terms and how you will find work.
- Check in after real signings. Review what happened and fix what needs fixing.
What this is not
- This is not a certification. We do not certify anyone. Commissions come from the state and certifications come from the organizations that issue them.
- We do not promise assignments, income or a particular result.
- We do not give legal advice or tell you how to handle a legal question. Ask the lender, title company or an attorney.
- We do not guarantee you will pass any exam or background check.
Price
Starting at $75 an hour.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: the number of sessions. A 4-session pack starts at $250. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Common questions
Do I need a commission first?
You need one to perform notarial acts. If you do not have one yet, our guide to becoming a notary in New Jersey covers the steps.
Will this get me work?
We cannot promise work. We explain how assignments reach agents and what helps, from our own experience.
Is this the same as the training page?
No. The training page is for people joining our notary team. Coaching is for anyone, one on one.
How are sessions priced?
From $75 an hour, or from $250 for a 4-session pack. We agree the scope and price in writing before the first session.
MCC Solutions is not a law firm. We provide notary services and workflow help. We do not give legal advice, decide what a document needs, or promise signings, income or outcomes. Notary commissions and certifications come from the state and from the organizations that issue them, not from us.
