The paperwork after a death, handled fast
When a family needs a loved one sent home to another country, or an estate abroad needs proof of death, the documents have to be right the first time. We take that part off your staff.
What we handle
- Apostilled death certificates: New Jersey apostilles only certificates issued by the State's Vital Statistics office in Trenton, not local registrar copies. We order the right one and get it apostilled ($25 State fee, at cost).
- Notarized forms for families: affidavits, consents and forms a consulate or cemetery asks for, at your funeral home, the family's home or online by video for relatives out of state.
- Translations: certified translations when the receiving country asks for them.
- Runs: papers to and from the county Surrogate or clerk, and deed or record copies for the estate.
How it works with your staff
Send the family's details and what the consulate or receiving country asked for. Each job gets its own tracking page you and the family can check. We don't advise on consular or legal requirements; we follow the list you or the consulate give us. We don't pay or accept referral fees.

Questions
Can you apostille a death certificate from the town registrar?
No. New Jersey only apostilles certificates issued by the State Vital Statistics office in Trenton, so we order that copy first.
How fast can you turn it around?
It depends on the State's processing time for the certificate and apostille. Tell us the deadline and we'll say up front whether it can be met.
Do you notarize for family members abroad?
Yes, for documents that allow it, by secure video with a New Jersey notary.
