When your seller lives somewhere else
A seller in Florida, a co-owner overseas, a buyer stuck at work on closing day. The deal waits on one signature. We get it notarized, in person or by video, and back to the title company.
What we handle
- Signings for sellers and buyers who can't make the table, at home, at work or after hours
- Online notarization by video for out-of-state signers, for documents the title company accepts that way
- Powers of attorney your client's attorney prepares, notarized at the signer's home or by video
- Deed, mortgage and judgment copies from any New Jersey county
- Papers delivered to the attorney or title company the same day
How it works
Text or email the signer's name, location and the title company contact. We confirm a time with the signer and send you a note when it's done. We follow the title company's instructions and don't give legal advice. We don't pay or accept referral fees.

Questions
Can a seller sign closing documents online from another state?
Often, if the title company and lender accept remote notarization for those documents. Ask the title company first; we follow their instructions.
Do you prepare powers of attorney?
No. The seller's attorney prepares it, and we notarize it, in person or by video where the title company accepts that.
How quickly can you get a signer?
Often within a day in Union, Essex, Middlesex and Somerset counties. Tell us the closing date when you book.
