Who this is for
Owners who lose time to proposals, bids and customer-facing documents, or who have the knowledge in their head and nothing written down. It fits contractors, consultants, agencies and small firms that answer requests for quotes.
What we write
Proposals and quotes, bid responses, one-page service sheets, scopes of work, customer onboarding guides, standard operating procedures and staff handbooks. We can also turn a folder of past proposals into a reusable template so the next one takes minutes.
How it works
You send notes, past documents and any request you are answering. We ask the questions we need, then deliver a draft in Word, Google Docs or the tool you use. You get a round of revisions, and the final files are yours to keep and edit.
Templates you can reuse
Where it makes sense, we build the document as a template with the parts that change marked clearly, so you or your staff can produce the next one.
How it is priced
A fixed price per document or per project, quoted in writing before work begins. Rush work costs more and is quoted separately.
What we do not do
We do not write contracts or give legal advice. A contract should be drafted or reviewed by your attorney. We cannot promise that a proposal or bid will win, and we do not submit anything on your behalf without your approval.
Common questions
Do you use AI to write these?
We may use software to help with structure and editing, but a person writes, checks and takes responsibility for every document. Your information is not posted publicly.
Can you work from my old proposals?
Yes. Past proposals are the best source for your wording and prices.
Will my competitors see what I send?
No. Your documents stay confidential, and we do not reuse your content for others.
Can you write a grant application?
We can help organize and edit one, but we do not promise funding and you must review everything before submitting.
