What is inside
- Start Here. Purpose, which cells to fill in and what the workbook is not.
- Setup. Your fiscal year, number of units, monthly dues, any special assessment, late fee, reserve target and categories.
- Dues Roll. One row per unit with twelve months of payments, what is owed to date, the balance and how many months behind.
- Income and Expense. Budget and actual for every category by month, with variance and flags when a line is off by more than the threshold you set.
- Reserves. Reserve balance by month, plus a simple list of components with the yearly set-aside each needs.
- Treasurer Report. A one-page board summary: dues collected, delinquent units, budget variances and the reserve balance.
- Checks. Unit counts, totals that do not agree and negative balances.
