One form for three programs
Stay NJ, Senior Freeze and ANCHOR now use one application, the PAS-1. (NJ Treasury) This year's deadline was November 2, 2026. The State hasn't announced next year's dates; last season's form opened in early February, so watch for it then. Senior homeowners have to file it themselves.
