Websites and local SEO
Websites and local SEO for bookkeepers
Referrals are good but unpredictable. A site that explains who you help and how you work gives prospects a reason to call you.
For independent bookkeepers and small practices who want inbound clients instead of only referrals.
What you get
- A professional site with pages for each service and each niche you want, such as contractors, restaurants or online sellers
- An inquiry form and a short intake that qualifies prospects before a call
- A Google business profile set up or cleaned up
- Service pages that say what you do, who it is for, and what you do not do
- A simple onboarding page that explains how working with you starts
- A few helpful guides in your niche so searchers find you
- Titles, descriptions and structured data search engines can read
- Optional monthly care: updates, new pages, hosting and a monthly report
What we need from you
- Your services, niches and the software you work in
- The credentials you actually hold, stated accurately
- Photos and a short bio you approve
- Your preferred way to take new clients
- Samples or examples you are free to share, with client details removed
How it works
- Choose the positioning. Who you serve best and what you offer them.
- Plan the pages. One clear page per service and niche.
- Write and build. Copy from your facts, a form and a profile.
- Review together. You approve everything before it goes live.
- Launch and measure. Search engine setup and a simple monthly report.
What this is not
- We do not guarantee rankings, leads or clients.
- We do not state credentials, certifications or licenses you do not hold.
- We do not give tax or legal advice or write advice for your clients.
- We do not use testimonials you cannot document.
- We do not take over your client work.
Price
Starting at $1,500 for a starter site.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: the number of pages and service areas. Monthly care is optional, from $75 a month. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Common questions
Can I show that I am not a CPA?
Yes. We write your credentials as they are, and many bookkeepers say plainly what they do and when a CPA is needed.
Can you write the guides?
We can draft guides from your own knowledge and review them with you. You approve and are responsible for the final text.
Do you handle email and booking tools?
We connect a form and a calendar link. Deeper automation is a separate scope.
Can I add services later?
Yes. Pages are added as separate small scopes or through monthly care.
