Free tool
Free website audit
Type your web address and we check one page for the basics that help people and Google understand your site. You get a short list of what to fix first, in plain English.
What this checks
The tool loads the page you enter and checks the things that are in your control and easy to fix: whether the page uses https, has a clear title and description, one main heading, a mobile setup, image descriptions, structured data, a tap-to-call link and links to your other pages. It also notes how quickly the server answered from our location.
It checks one page, usually your home page, so it will not see problems deeper in the site. Search results depend on many things beyond this list, including competition and Google's own decisions, and nothing here guarantees a result.
Common questions
Is this really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no charge. If you would like help fixing what it finds, you can ask us, but you are never required to.
Do you keep my website or results?
No. We read the page to make the checklist and do not store it. We keep only a count of how many checks are run.
Can it check any page?
It checks one public web page at a time. Pages behind a login, or sites that block automated visitors, cannot be checked.
Will fixing these things raise my Google ranking?
They remove common obstacles, but no one can promise a ranking. Search results also depend on your competition, your reviews and your Google Business Profile.
