What we need from you

- Opening balances if you are moving from other books
- An hour or two for the training
How it works
- Plan the structure. How you earn, what you spend, what you want to see.
- Build the file. Accounts, items, lists, feeds and rules.
- Move the history. Opening balances and any prior months in scope.
- Test it. Run sample entries and reports so nothing surprises you later.
- Train and hand over. You learn the routine and keep the logins.
What this is not
- We do not form your business, give legal advice or choose your tax elections.
- We do not file taxes. Ask your CPA about setup choices that affect taxes.
- The software and its fees are yours.

Starting at $600 one time.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: how many accounts and connections to set up. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Questions
Which software should I use?
It depends on your business. QuickBooks Online and Xero are the most common. We recommend based on what you need.
Can you also keep my books afterward?
Yes. Monthly bookkeeping is a separate scope. See the service levels page.
What if I already have a file?
Then it is a cleanup, not a launch. See catch-up and cleanup.
Do I keep my logins?
Yes. The file belongs to you and you control access.
