The calculator counts calendar days between the two dates and, separately, the Monday-to-Friday days. It does not know holidays.

Does this exclude holidays?
No. Business days here are Monday to Friday only. Check the holiday calendar that applies to your deadline.
Why include the end date?
Some rules count both the first and last day. Check how the rule or contract you are working with counts.
Is this legal advice?
No. Deadlines for legal documents are set by the document and the law, so check them with the agency or an attorney.
How do I count months?
Months differ in length, so this calculator shows days and weeks. For a period measured in calendar months, count by month on a calendar.
Does it handle leap years?
Yes. The date math uses real calendar days, including February 29.
Is anything saved?
