How pricing works
Plans are priced per property per month, based on how many units you have, which counties they're in and how often you need inspections. Tell us about your portfolio and we send a written plan with the price before anything starts. Court fees are always passed through at cost.

We deliver notices and file the papers you prepare. The court serves the eviction summons, and decisions about the case belong with you and your attorney.
Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month. Cancel with notice before the next month starts.
