For professionals
A remote online notary for your estate, elder law and real estate clients
Some clients cannot come to the office: the executor who lives in Arizona, the parent in a care home, the buyer stuck at work. Remote online notarization lets them sign on a video call while you keep the file moving.
Matthew Coleman, NJ Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. Cranford, NJ. Fee confirmed before your session. Card charged only after it is complete. We aim to confirm within 15 minutes, 7am to 9pm.
Where it helps
Estate planning: a power of attorney, healthcare directive or affidavit signed by a client who cannot travel.
Estate administration: an heir or executor in another state who has to sign and have it notarized.
Real estate: a seller or buyer who cannot be at the table on closing day, when the lender and title underwriter accept an electronic notarization.
Elder law and guardianship: a signer at home or in a facility, with a family member beside them on the call.
What you should know
The signer is identified online before the session and shows a government photo ID to the notary on video. They sign electronically and the notary applies an electronic seal. The session is recorded and kept as the law requires.
A notary cannot give legal advice, choose the form or fill in blanks. Send the document final and unsigned. Wills and certain other documents have their own signing and witness rules, so confirm with your own judgment whether a document suits remote signing before you book.
Booking for a client
Your client can book directly, or call and tell us the document and the receiving office. If a witness is needed, say so when you book.

FAQ
Common questions
Can a will be signed this way?
That is your call. Wills carry their own execution and witness requirements, and a notary cannot advise on them. Ask us when you book and confirm with your own judgment first.
Can I sit in on the session?
Ask when you book. With your client's agreement you can usually join to help them through the document.
What if the recipient only takes paper?
Then remote ink-signed notarization may fit. See the RIN vs RON page, and ask the recipient first.
