For professionals
A remote online notary for clients with forms that need a notary
Beneficiary changes, account forms, affidavits and estate paperwork often need a notarized signature. Remote online notarization means your client does not have to find a notary and take time off.
Matthew Coleman, NJ Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. Cranford, NJ. Fee confirmed before your session. Card charged only after it is complete. We aim to confirm within 15 minutes, 7am to 9pm.
Where it helps
Estate settlement forms for a client with relatives in other states.
Account, transfer or beneficiary forms that the institution wants notarized.
Affidavits and certifications for tax or insurance matters.
Check first
Each institution sets its own rules. Some accept an electronic notarization and some want paper. Ask the institution that receives the form before the session.
What we do not do
We notarize signatures. We do not give tax, investment, insurance or legal advice, and we do not complete or review the form for your client.

FAQ
Common questions
Can my client book without me?
Yes. Send them to the booking page and tell them which institution is receiving the form.
Do you notarize signature guarantees?
No. A signature guarantee is a different thing from a notarization and comes from a bank or broker.
