For professionals
A remote online notary for the client who cannot make it to the signing
A seller who moved out of state, a buyer overseas or a client who simply cannot take the day off: remote online notarization lets them get a document notarized from wherever they are.
Matthew Coleman, NJ Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent. Cranford, NJ. Fee confirmed before your session. Card charged only after it is complete. We aim to confirm within 15 minutes, 7am to 9pm.
Where agents use it
A listing agreement amendment, power of attorney or affidavit that a client has to sign from another state.
A seller or buyer who cannot come to the closing and whose attorney and lender accept an electronic notarization.
Short-notice paperwork the evening before a deadline.
What to tell your client
They need a government photo ID, a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, and a steady connection. They book a time, upload the document and answer identity questions before the session. Ask the attorney or title company first that an electronic notarization is accepted.
Staying in your lane
We notarize. We do not give legal advice, choose forms or fill in blanks, so your client's attorney or title company decides what document is needed.
