Bookkeeping project
Lender-ready financial package
Lenders read your numbers before they read your story. We turn your books into a clear, consistent package, so questions are about your business and not about the formatting.
For owners applying for a loan, line of credit or equipment financing.
What you get
- Year-to-date and prior-year profit and loss and balance sheet, reconciled to your statements
- A debt schedule listing each loan, balance, rate, payment and maturity
- Receivables and payables aging, so the lender sees what is owed to you and by you
- A cash flow summary and a 12-month projection built from assumptions you approve
- A short notes page explaining anything unusual, such as a one-time cost or a seasonal swing
- A checklist of what the lender asked for and where each item is in the package
What we need from you
- Access to your accounting software
- Statements for every bank, card and loan account
- Your lender's checklist, if you have one
- Your plans for the money, in plain words
- A willingness to answer questions about unusual items
How it works
- Start with the lender's list. We read what they require and plan the package to match.
- Make the books ready. Reconcile accounts and clear anything uncategorized. If months are behind, this may start as a catch-up first.
- Build the schedules. Debt, aging and cash flow, all tied to the books.
- Review together. You see every page, check the facts and approve the assumptions before anything goes out.
- Hand over. A single organized package, in the formats the lender accepts, with the working files.
What this is not
- We do not decide whether you qualify or negotiate with the lender.
- We do not guarantee approval, a rate or a loan amount.
- We do not audit or review your statements, and we do not sign them as a CPA would.
- Your CPA should review anything the lender requires to be CPA-prepared.
Price
Starting at $1,200 one time.
Your written scope sets the final price before any work starts. What moves it: how many years and accounts are in the package. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Questions
Do you submit the package to the lender?
You do. We prepare it and you decide what to send. We can answer a lender's follow-up questions about the numbers if you ask us to.
Will this get me approved?
We cannot promise that. Lenders set their own standards. A clear, consistent package removes avoidable questions.
What if my books are behind?
We bring them current first. That is a separate catch-up scope, written and agreed before work starts.
Is the projection a forecast of what will happen?
It is a set of numbers built from the assumptions you approve. It shows what your plan implies, not a prediction.
MCC Solutions is not a CPA firm or a law firm. These projects organize and present your own numbers. They are not audits, reviews, tax returns, valuation opinions, or credit, tax or legal advice, and we cannot promise that a lender, buyer or investor will accept them. Rules and requirements change, so confirm anything that matters with the party involved and your CPA.
