Common questions

Do I have to file proof of service myself?

Not with this service. Once the papers are served, we file the affidavit of service with the court for you and send you the stamped copy.

What if the person can't be found?

Attempts are logged with dates and times. If service isn't possible at that address, you get the attempt history so you can decide the next step. We don't give legal advice on what to do next.

Can you serve outside New Jersey?

Service is in New Jersey. For other states, ask the desk and we'll tell you if a partner can help.
