Who this is for
Service businesses, contractors and freelancers who send invoices and then lose track of who has paid. It also fits owners who dislike chasing customers and want a steady, polite process instead of an occasional awkward email.
What we do
Each month we review your accounts receivable from the reconciled books and sort what is owed by age. We send reminders for invoices coming due and past due, using wording you approved and your own email or invoicing tool when it allows. We keep a log of every reminder, flag accounts that are very late, and record payments when they arrive so the books stay accurate.
What you get each month
A one-page list of what is owed, how old each balance is and what we sent, plus a short note on any customer who needs your attention. If you also have the monthly report, the aging detail is already in it.
How it is priced
Receivables follow-up is $100 a month when added to monthly bookkeeping. It depends on current, reconciled books and on an invoicing tool or process that can send reminders. The quote form shows your full estimate.
The price is a flat monthly add-on to monthly bookkeeping. We confirm it in writing before we start.
What we do not do
We are not a collection agency. We do not call or threaten customers, report them to credit bureaus or take legal action, and we cannot promise that anyone will pay. Reminders are friendly and factual and go out under your name with your approval. If an account needs a demand letter or a lawyer, we tell you and you decide.
Common questions
Will my customers know it is not me?
Reminders go out in your name, with wording you approved. We do not hide who is sending them if a customer asks.
Do I need monthly bookkeeping first?
The follow-up depends on current, reconciled books so we know who has actually paid. If yours are behind, start with catch-up and cleanup.
Can you change how my customers pay?
We can suggest payment links or a card option when your invoicing tool supports them. You choose, and any processing fees go to the processor.
How do I know how slow my customers are?
Our free days sales outstanding calculator gives a quick number, and the monthly aging list shows it account by account.
