Websites for notaries · Florida
A website for Florida notaries that follows Florida's rules
Clear fees, the right notices, and a booking form, from $599.
Your fees, stated the way Florida allows
Florida allows up to $10 per notarial act (§117.05), and no fee for witnessing a vote-by-mail ballot.
Florida doesn't publish travel-fee rules that we could confirm. Fees for services that aren't notarial acts, like travel, are listed separately on your site.
There's no posting rule we could confirm, but a clear fee page builds trust before the call.
Advertising rules your site follows
Ads in another language must state, in English and that language, "I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida..." in conspicuous type, and a literal translation of "notary public" is banned (§117.05). If you serve customers in Spanish or another language, we add the notice to every page in that language.
Remote online notarization
Online notarization is authorized, with up to $25 per online notarial act (§117.275).
