Your fees, stated the way New York allows

New York's notary fees are set by Executive Law §136: $2 for an oath or affirmation and $2 per person for an acknowledgment.

New York's law doesn't set a travel-fee rule we could confirm from an official source. Whatever you charge for travel, the site states it plainly as a separate fee.

There's no posting rule we could confirm, but listing your fees on the site still saves you calls.

Advertising rules your site follows

Ads in a language other than English must include, in that language, the notice that you are not an attorney and can't give legal advice (Executive Law §135-b), and terms implying you're a lawyer are banned. If you serve customers in Spanish or another language, we add the notice to every page in that language.

Remote online notarization

Electronic notarization is authorized under Executive Law §135-c, with its own fee for electronic acts.
