Your fees, stated the way Texas allows

Texas sets notary fees in Government Code §406.024: $10 for an acknowledgment for the first signature and $1 for each additional one, $10 for an oath with certificate, and $1 a page for copies.

Texas's Secretary of State page doesn't address travel fees, so your site lists any travel charge as its own line.

Texas notaries must keep a complete fee list posted in a conspicuous place (Gov't Code §603.008). Your site can carry the same list.

Advertising rules your site follows

Non-English ads need a notice in English and the ad's language that you're not an attorney, with the allowed fees listed, and "notario" is banned (§406.017). If you serve customers in Spanish or another language, we add the notice to every page in that language.

Remote online notarization

Online notarization is authorized, with up to $25 more per online notarization (§406.111).
