Your LLC's annual report, filed with the state for you

Most states want an LLC to file a short report every year or two to stay in good standing. Send us the LLC's details and your written authorization, and we prepare the report from what you tell us, submit it on the state's own system and send you the state's confirmation.

From $49 per filing, plus the state's fee at costGovernment, state and court fees are passed through at cost.

What's included

What we do

  • The report prepared from the details you give us, checked against the state's public record for the LLC
  • Submission on the state's own filing system, with the state's fee paid and passed through at cost
  • The state's confirmation or filed copy, sent to you and kept on your request page
  • Your state's report name, due date and fee from our table, read on official state pages
  • If you ask, a note from us before next year's report: you approve and pay each time, and nothing is charged automatically

Who it's for

Built for

  • Owners whose LLC is registered in a state they don't live in
  • Owners of several LLCs in different states
  • Bookkeepers and accountants who'd rather not chase state portals
  • Anyone holding a state notice that a report is due

How it works

  1. Send the LLC's details. State, exact LLC name, state file number, formation date, who signs, anything that changed, and your authorization.
  2. We check the state record. We look the LLC up on the state's business search and tell you if anything doesn't match before we file.
  3. Pay for the filing. Our fee plus the state's fee at cost. Where our table doesn't confirm the state's fee, we confirm it first.
  4. Filed and confirmed. We submit the report and send you the state's confirmation. If the state rejects it, you get the reason it gives.

What we don't do

  • We don't give legal or tax advice, or tell you what the report should say about owners or managers.
  • We aren't a registered agent and don't receive legal papers for the LLC.
  • We don't prepare tax returns. Where a state's yearly filing is a tax return, as in Alabama, your tax preparer files it.
  • We don't guarantee the state's decision or how long it takes to process.

MCC Solutions handles paperwork. We are not lawyers or tax advisers, and nothing here is legal or tax advice.

Read on each state's official pages, checked November 2026. "Not confirmed" means the state's own page didn't say, and we check it before filing. Dates don't move for weekends or holidays here. The full requirements table has late fees and notes, and the due date calculator works out your dates.

Your details
Set-price services show the price here before you send, and you can pay right after. Anything else gets a quote from the desk, usually within one business day. See our privacy policy.

Before you send

  • Have the LLC's exact name and state file number ready. They are on the state's business search and on past filings.
  • Tell us anything that changed: principal address, managers or members, registered agent.
  • The state's filing fee is passed through at cost, on top of our service fee. Some states call it a tax or license fee.
  • We file what you tell us. We are not lawyers or tax advisers and don't advise on what the report should say.
  • We don't guarantee that the state accepts the report or how long it takes to process. If the state rejects it, we tell you the reason it gives.

Questions

How much does it cost?

$49 per filing, plus the state's own fee, which we pass through at cost with no markup. Where our table shows the fee, the form adds it to the total. Where the fee depends on the LLC or isn't confirmed, we confirm it and tell you before we file.

When is my report due?

It depends on the state. Some use one date for every LLC, some use the month the LLC was formed, and a few ask only every two years. Pick your state and enter the formation date on the form to see the next due date from our table. We confirm it on the state's record before filing.

What do you need from me?

The LLC's exact name and state file number, its formation date, the name and title of the person signing, and anything that changed since the last report, such as the address, managers or registered agent. We file with the information you provide.

Does every state require an annual report?

No. Our table lists no recurring LLC report in Arizona, Missouri and South Carolina. Other states call it something else, such as New York's biennial statement or California's statement of information.

Can you guarantee the state accepts it?

No. The state decides, on its own schedule. We check the details against the state's record first, and if the state rejects the report, we tell you the reason it gives and what it needs.

Will you file it again next year?

If you choose that on the form, we get in touch before next year's report with the price and a link to approve and pay. Nothing is charged automatically, and you can say no.

Is this the same as a franchise tax or a tax return?

No. In a few states the yearly filing is a tax return or comes with a separate tax, such as California's LLC annual tax with the Franchise Tax Board. We file the report itself and don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice.
