COURT RUNS
Court filings and courthouse runs, handled the same day
Some filings still have to be walked in, some originals have to be hand-delivered, and some copies only come from the clerk's counter. MCC Solutions sends a runner to New Jersey courthouses and county offices so your staff doesn't lose half a day.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you e-file for us?
No. Attorneys file through the court's own electronic system. We handle what has to be done in person: walk-in filings, deliveries and copies.
Can you tell me what to file?
No. We're not lawyers and can't advise on what to file or how. Tell us exactly what to file and where, and we'll take care of the trip.
How fast is a run?
Same-day runs are usually possible when the request comes in by late morning. Rush handling is available.
Can you file the affidavit after you serve?
Yes. Add affidavit filing to a process serve and we file it with the court when service is complete.
